Yes — we ship worldwide!
At this time, free shipping is not available for domestic or international orders.
Processing & Delivery Times
• Orders are processed within 7 business days.
• U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will be issued store credit only.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. Please include your packing slip or return invoice with your return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective or incorrect items.
Lost Returns
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return is fully processed.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit when applicable.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after delivery.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
Once your item is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the item value
(excluding shipping fees and discounts). Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
Your credit code will be emailed once your return is complete.
Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund. These styles are clearly labeled prior to purchase.
